Justin Fletcher
Justin Fletcher currently owns Fletcher’s Hitting Center in Central Illinois, where he has given thousands of hitting, fielding, and pitching lessons to young athletes. He began his passion for teaching the game in high school when he was asked to help give lessons with former MLB pitcher Tom Gilles.
After high school ball, Justin signed to play college baseball at Illinois Central College in East Peoria, Illinois. He had a tremendous freshman season and signed to play his remaining three years at Northern Illinois University. Justin started all 3 seasons as a Huskie, splitting time between middle infield and centerfield.
After graduating with a degree in Business Administration in 2016, he signed a professional contract with the Normal Cornbelters of the Frontier League. Fletcher played second base for the Belters for three seasons. He hit .318 in 94 games during the 2017 season and was also named a Frontier League All-Star in 2018.
Aside from running the hitting center, Justin also owns his own wood bat business- Ox Wood Bat Company. If that wasn't enough baseball for one life, he also manages a youth travel baseball organization.
